Maintenance and support pricing is calculated based on the total of your licensed seats. This includes your Quasar Client Client seats and your Quasar Point-of-Sale seats.
All Prices are in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. All taxes and government levies are extra.
Platinum Annual Support
Provides major upgrades. Both email and telephone support during business hours are provided during the one (1) year support period. In addition we will, at your request, remotely log into your server and assist with difficulties you may encounter.
Price: $350 per seat

Premium Annual Support
Provides major software upgrades. Enjoy both email and telephone support during business hours throughout the support period. The support period is one (1) year.
Price: $250 per seat
Hopefully it will never be required, but if you have an emergency and require immediate support we will do our best to work with you day or night based on our availability. (included in Platinum Annual Support)
Price: $250 per hour
