What we do

Announcing 25 years of premium development and quality support

Maintenance and support pricing is calculated based on the total of your licensed seats.  This includes your Quasar Client Client seats and your Quasar Point-of-Sale seats.

All Prices are in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. All taxes and government levies are extra.

Installation Support

While we endeavor to provide full documentation for a smooth installation of Quasar we stand ready to assist should problems crop up during the installation process. Contact us with the details of the problem you are having and we will provide aid as best we can.

Platinum Annual Support

Provides major upgrades. Both email and telephone support during business hours are provided during the one (1) year support period. In addition we will, at your request, remotely log into your server and assist with difficulties you may encounter.

Price: $350 per seat

Basic Annual Support

Provides major software upgrades along with email assistance should you require it during the support period. The support period is one (1) year.

Price: $100 per seat

Report Creation

Need a report not already in the report gallery? Feel free to contact us and we will be happy to quote you a price and/or advise the doability of your request.

Price: Quote provided on request

Premium Annual Support

Provides major software upgrades. Enjoy both email and telephone support during business hours throughout the support period. The support period is one (1) year.

Price: $250 per seat

Emergency Support

Hopefully it will never be required, but if you have an emergency and require immediate support we will do our best to work with you day or night based on our availability. (included in Platinum Annual Support)

Price: $250 per hour
