The time clock master is used to finalize time record and prepare it for export to a payroll package.

Round to

Round the hours worked to:

Status

Shows the status of the time record.

Release record

Toggle on or off. Toggle on to release the record for exporting.

Employee

The employee for the time record.

Signed in

The date and time the employee clocked in.

Signed out

The date and time the employee clocked out.

Hours Worked

Calculated hours work rounded as per the round rules in the "Round to" field.

Regular Hours

Enter the regular hours worked for the employee.

Overtime Hours

Enter the overtime hours worked for the employee.

Stat (worked) hours

Enter the statutory hours worked.

Stat (Paid) hours

Enter the statutory hours paid.

Allowance hours

enter the allowance hours paid.

Action Icons



- Select the "Save" icon to save the changes to the time record.

- Select the "Undo" icon to remove any unsaved changes and display the original time record.

- Select the "OK" icon to file the record.

- Select the "Cancel" icon to cancel the changes to the record.

Inactive?

Toggle on or off. Toggle off to set the time record to inactive. Toggle on to re-set the time record to active.
