Price Calculation Master | DocumentationTable of Contents |
While similar in many ways to the promotion batch, a price calculation provides enhanced pricing capabilities not available in the promotion batch. In fact, you will often use both the promotion batch and the calculated prices to establish special prices for an event. Promotion prices are fixed prices set in the promotion batch screen. Calculated prices are calculated at the point-of-sale and can vary based on the limits and parameters you specify in this screen. The price calculation provides the ability to mix and match items that receive a special price. Calculated prices can be limited to specific stores and or customers.
