The count list contains a list of physical inventory count records. Counts are entered using the inventory count master.
Use the filtering section to determine exactly what counts you wish to view and how you wish to sort them on the list.
The date of the item count.
The count number.
The description of the item count.
Click on item search to search for items within count records.
Click on not counted to display a report of items where an onhand quantity exists in the system but have not been counted.
Click on process counts to process the inventory counts and update the inventory in Quasar to match your counts.
- Select the "New" icon to create a new
count.
- Select the "Edit" icon to edit an existing
high-lighted count.
- Select the "Delete" icon to delete an existing
high-lighted count.
- Select the "Print" icon to print the
contents of the count list to a printer.
- Select the "Export" icon to export the
contents of the count list to a CSV or Excel file.
- Select the "Refresh" icon to refresh and
re-display the contents of the count list.
- Select the "Close" icon to close the
count list.
You can choose to update or refresh the data in the list automatically, as it is changed, or alternatively, you can choose to have the data refresh only when you click on the "Refresh" button. If speed is not an issue, you will probably choose to always auto refresh. Toggle on to auto refresh. Toggle off to refresh only on command.
